Öğretmen İyi Oluşu ve Mesleki Tükenmişlik

Abstract

Bu bölümde öğretmen iyi oluşu ve mesleki tükenmişlik kavramları kuramsal ve kavramsal çerçevede ele alınarak bu iki olgu arasındaki ilişki bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla incelenmiştir. Öncelikle iyi oluş ve mesleki tükenmişlik kavramlarının tanımları, boyutları ve kuramsal temelleri açıklanmış; ardından öğretmen iyi oluşunun tükenmişlik üzerindeki koruyucu rolü ile bu iki yapının karşılıklı etkileşimi alan yazın bulguları doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir. Bölümde ayrıca öğretmen iyi oluşu ve tükenmişliğini etkileyen bireysel, örgütsel ve sistemsel faktörler ayrıntılı olarak tartışılmış; bu doğrultuda iyi oluşun desteklenmesi ve tükenmişliğin önlenmesine yönelik çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir. Son olarak Türkiye bağlamında öğretmen iyi oluşu ve tükenmişliğine ilişkin mevcut durum, yürütülen müdahale çalışmaları ve eğitim politikaları değerlendirilerek uygulamaya ve politika geliştirme süreçlerine katkı sağlayabilecek öneriler sunulmuştur. Bölüm, öğretmen iyi oluşunun güçlendirilmesi ve tükenmişliğin önlenmesinin yalnızca bireysel çabalarla değil, örgütsel ve sistemsel düzenlemeleri de kapsayan bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ele alınmasının gerekliliğini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
