Dijitalleşme, Yapay Zekâ ve Öğretmenlik

Abstract

Bu bölümde dijitalleşme, dijital dönüşüm ve yapay zekâ kavramları eğitim bağlamında ele alınmış; eğitimde yaşanan teknolojik dönüşümün öğretmenlik mesleğine yansımaları kuramsal bir perspektifle tartışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda öncelikle dijitalleşme ve dijital dönüşüm kavramları açıklanmış, ardından eğitimde dijitalleşmenin temel boyutları olan dijital öğrenme ortamları, öğrenme analitiği, dijital ölçme-değerlendirme uygulamaları ile kurumsal ve pedagojik dönüşüm süreçleri ele alınmıştır. Bölümde ayrıca yapay zekânın eğitim alanındaki kullanım biçimleri; öğretim, ölçme-değerlendirme ve yönetim süreçleri bağlamında açıklanmıştır. STEM eğitimi, yabancı dil öğretimi ve yazma becerilerinin geliştirilmesi gibi farklı alanlarda kullanılan yapay zekâ destekli araç ve uygulamalara örnekler verilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra yapay zekânın eğitimde sunduğu fırsatlar; kişiselleştirilmiş öğrenme, veri temelli karar verme ve öğretim süreçlerinin desteklenmesi bağlamında ele alınırken, veri gizliliği, etik sorunlar, algoritmik önyargı ve dijital eşitsizlik gibi sınırlılıklar da tartışılmıştır. Son olarak öğretmenlerin yapay zekâya yönelik tutumları ve öğretmenlik mesleğinde ortaya çıkan dönüşüm değerlendirilmiş; dijital pedagojik yeterlikler, veri okuryazarlığı ve sürekli mesleki gelişimin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Bölüm, eğitimde teknolojik dönüşüm sürecinde öğretmenin değişen rolüne ilişkin bütüncül bir bakış açısı sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.
