Abstract

Bu bölüm, 21. yüzyıl becerilerinin eğitim sistemleri ve öğretmen eğitimi açısından taşıdığı dönüştürücü önemi ele almaktadır. Çalışmada, eleştirel düşünme, problem çözme, yaratıcılık, inovasyon, iş birliği ve iletişimden oluşan öğrenme ve inovasyon becerileri; bilgi, medya, BİT ve yapay zekâ okuryazarlığını kapsayan dijital okuryazarlık becerileri ile esneklik, öz yönlendirme, sosyal ve kültürlerarası beceriler, üretkenlik ve hesap verebilirlikten oluşan yaşam ve kariyer becerileri bütüncül bir çerçevede incelenmektedir. Bölümde, bu becerilerin yalnızca iş gücü piyasasının taleplerine indirgenmemesi; bireyin entelektüel, kültürel, etik ve toplumsal gelişimini destekleyen daha geniş bir eğitim felsefesi içinde ele alınması gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Öğretmen eğitimi bağlamında ise geleneksel TPAB modelinin yapay zekâ okuryazarlığı, etik kullanım, veri gizliliği ve algoritmik adalet gibi yeni yeterlik alanlarıyla genişletilmesi gerektiği tartışılmaktadır. Ayrıca Jigsaw tekniği ve ters yüz edilmiş sınıf modeli gibi öğrenci merkezli pedagojik uygulamalar aracılığıyla 21. yüzyıl becerilerinin sınıf ortamına nasıl entegre edilebileceği örneklendirilmektedir. Bu uygulamalar, öğretmen adaylarının söz konusu becerileri yalnızca kuramsal olarak öğrenmelerini değil, aynı zamanda deneyimlemelerini, modellemelerini ve gelecekteki sınıf pratiklerine aktarabilmelerini destekleyen somut öğrenme yaşantıları olarak sunulmaktadır. Böylece bölüm, kuramsal tartışma ile uygulama önerilerini bir araya getiren bütüncül bir öğretmen eğitimi perspektifi geliştirmektedir. Sonuç olarak bölüm, öğretmen yetiştirme programlarının disiplinler arası, uygulama temelli, etik duyarlılığı yüksek, kapsayıcı ve dijital çağın gereklilikleriyle uyumlu biçimde yeniden yapılandırılmasını önermektedir.
